WHO WE ARE
The Little Colorado Sanitary District is a special taxing district established under Title 48, Chapter 14 of the Arizona Revised Statutes. As a quasi-governmental public entity, we are dedicated to serving the Greer community by managing the area’s critical sewer infrastructure with a focus on sustainability, public health, and reliable service.
We proudly serve full-time residents, seasonal homeowners, and local businesses, always working to preserve the long-term health of the Greer watershed. Our decisions are guided by a locally elected board and shaped by the voices and needs of the people we serve.
OUR BOARD
The Little Colorado Sanitary District is governed by a five-member board elected by residents within the district. Board members serve staggered four-year terms and provide essential oversight on operations, service rates, infrastructure planning, and long-term sustainability.
